Holy legend.
When the earth was created, there was no death, and ŋā (death spirit) didn't exist.
The samoyeds living on Earth lived healthy.
The earth had all kinds of animals, the sky had all kinds of birds, the water had all kinds of fishes.
Then a boy "fell" "in the eyes" of a man and a woman (meaning he was born).
On this child's forehead there was the sun, on his neck was the moon, his eyes were the stars.
Then "the father's and mother's hearts have started away" (meaning they were frightened).
Then they told the people about it.
Then the people said: "The child must be killed, he may be a devil, when he has grown up, he will eat us."
Then they killed the child.
Right after they had killed the child, death appeared, ŋā appeared as well.
If they had not killed the child, now all people living on Earth would have live well.
They killed the child, the child turned into ŋā.
Then people living on Earth started to die, they started to live in poverty, they started to die without food.
All kinds of venison began to disappear, even fishes began to disappear.
Heilige Sage.
Als die Erde geschaffen wurde, gab es keinen Tod, auch ŋā (Todesgeist) gab es nicht.

Allerlei Tiere der Erde gab es viel, allerlei Vögel des Himmels waren viele, allerlei Fische des Wassers waren viele.
Dann irgendwann "fiel" dem Mann und der Frau ein Knabe "in die Augen" (m.a.W. wurde geboren).
Auf der Stirn dieses Kindes war die Sonne, in seinem Genick wieder war der Mond, seine Augen wiederum waren die Sterne.
Dann "begaben sich die Herzen des Vaters und der Mutter fort" (m.a.W. sie erschraken).
Dann teilten sie es den Menschen mit.
Darauf sagten die Menschen: "Das Kind muss getötet werden, vielleicht dürfte es ein Teufel sein, nachdem es gross geworden ist, isst es uns."
Dann töteten sie das Kind.
Gleich nachdem sie das Kind getötet hatten, erschien der Tod, auch ŋā erschien.
Hätten sie das Kind nicht erschlagen, so hätten jetzt die auf der Erde wohnenden Menschen alle gut gelebt.
Nun töteten sie das Kind, das Kind wiederum wurde zum ŋā.
Dann begannen die auf der Erde wohnenden Menschen zu sterben, fingen auch an in Armut zu leben, begannen ohne Essen zu sterben.
Allerlei Wildbret fing zu verschwinden an, auch die Fische begannen zu verschwinden.
Szent legenda.
A Föld teremtésekor nem volt halál, és nem létezett ŋā (halálszellem).

Akkor megölték a gyermeket.
Rögtön azután, hogy megölték a gyermeket, megjelent a halál, ŋā is megjelent.
Ha nem ölték volna meg a gyermeket, minden ember, aki a Földön él, most jól élne.
Megölték a gyermeket, a gyermek ŋā-vá változott.
Akkor a Földön élő emberek elkezdtek meghalni, elkezdtek szegénységben is élni, elkezdtek élelem nélkül meghalni.
