1 the origin of the bear. 2 once a man went into the forest to gather rowan berries, and it is told, that he started to climb up a rowan tree fully dressed. 3 but because it was uncomfortable to climb up dressed, he took off all his clothes and climbed up completly naked. 4 now that he was climbing up naked, the branches hit his body, and because his (whole) body hurt, he prayed: "if just god would give me (body) hair!" and (in the same moment) the chief felt down the rowan. 5 after he came down, he wasn't able to put on his own clothes. 6 hair began to grow all over his body. 7 the hair was growing more and more, an (finally) he turned into a bear. 8 all the bears were engenereted from him.
